Located in Northern New Hampshire, client The Cabins at Lopstick caters to winter enthusiasts. Snowmobiling is the draw. To show off the area’s snow pack, staff climbed on snowmobiles and snapped GoPro cameras on their helmets, and shot some great video clips. Using Google Drive, staff uploaded the video clips. We downloaded the clips, edited the 59 minutes of footage down to 3, action packed minutes and added some catchy, hip-hop music.
Then we uploaded the video to the YouTube Channel we created for Lopstick. We added a keyword rich description, appropriate tags and added a Call-To-Action-Overlay on the video. As and Adwords advertising, Lopstick can display a banner on videos to drive users into the website.
Next we sent an email blast to nearly 2000 ‘Snow Conditions’ subscribers using Constant Contact. The e-blast was short and sweet, promoting the new video and inviting readers to book a snowmobiling vacation.
Then, we created a blog post on Lopstick’s website. Using JetPack, the blog post, featuring the new video, automatically posted the blog page on Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Tumblr.
Lastly, we updated the Trail Report page on Lopstick’s website and included the new video.
Based on similar video campaigns we have done, expect hundreds will view this snowmobile trail riding video.
